Lead Students Announced for 2026–2027
Following an enthusiastic election process and an excellent response from both students and staff, we are delighted to announce our Lead Students for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Congratulations to Ahmed and Izzy, who were successfully elected and will serve as our Lead Students for the coming year. Both demonstrated outstanding commitment, leadership qualities, and a genuine passion for making a positive contribution to school life throughout the election process.
Supporting them in their roles will be our Deputy Lead Students: Megan, Sophie, Neve and Alex. Together, this talented team will play a key role in representing the student body, leading student voice initiatives, supporting school events, and acting as ambassadors for the wider Whitchurch High School community.
We would like to thank all students who put themselves forward for these important positions. The high standard of applications, speeches, and campaigns was a testament to the enthusiasm, ambition, and leadership potential within our student body.
We are confident that Ahmed, Izzy, Megan, Sophie, Neve and Alex will make an excellent leadership team, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact they will have over the coming academic year.
