Rugby Academy Students Set for Exciting New Zealand Exchange
We are delighted to announce that four of our Whitchurch High School Rugby Academy students – Sam, Seb, Jac and Zac – are embarking on an exciting exchange programme in New Zealand.
As part of this fantastic opportunity, two of the students will be joining Nelson College Rugby, while the other two will be attending Wairarapa College. The exchange continues the strong and valued links between our schools, helping to strengthen connections within the wider rugby community.
During their time abroad, the students will have the chance to further develop their rugby skills in a highly respected sporting environment while also immersing themselves in a new culture. Beyond the game itself, the experience will provide opportunities to build lasting friendships, gain independence, and create memories that will stay with them for years to come.
We are incredibly proud of all four students and the commitment they have shown to earn this opportunity. They are excellent ambassadors for Whitchurch High School, and we know they will represent both themselves and the school with distinction both on and off the field.
We wish Sam, Seb, Jac and Zac safe travels, every success during their exchange, and an unforgettable experience in New Zealand. Good luck, boys – we look forward to hearing all about your adventures!
