Year 11 Prom

Whitchurch High School Y11 Students Celebrate in Style at Cardiff City Stadium Prom

The Year 11 students at Whitchurch High School marked the end of their compulsory education with a spectacular prom night held at the Cardiff City Stadium. The event, which took place last Friday, was a resounding success, attended by over 350 students.

Organised by the dedicated progress leader, Miss Polly, with invaluable assistance from the progress assistant, Mrs. Dinapoli, the prom was a fitting celebration for the hard-working students. The evening was filled with joy, laughter, and a sense of achievement as students looked back on their years of education and looked forward to their future endeavours.

Mr. John, the head teacher, expressed his pride in the students, stating, "This event is a testament to the incredible spirit and dedication of our Year 11 cohort. We are proud of their achievements and excited to see what they will accomplish in the future."

A highlight of the evening was the awards ceremony, where students were recognised for their unique contributions and qualities. These awards, voted for by their peers, added a personal touch to the celebration, making the night even more memorable.

The prom at Cardiff City Stadium was not just a night of celebration but also a milestone marking the end of one chapter and the beginning of another for the students at Whitchurch High School. Congratulations to the Class of 2024!
